Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages as follows: i) Nine hundred and sixty pounds (£960.00) calculated as 12 days’ pay at eighty pounds (£80.00) a day. ii) Four hundred pounds (£400.00) (8 x £50.00 bonus)[2]The respondent failed to pay the claimant notice pay on dismissal and is ordered to pay the claimant compensation in the sum of four hundred and twenty four pounds (£424.00) net being 1 week’s pay.[3]In total and in summary the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of one thousand and seven hundred and eighty four pounds (£1784.00).[4]The claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed as the claimant has insufficient qualifying service.[5]The hearing listed on 6 July 2018 is cancelled.
