Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in failing to pay the claimant for 28 hours @£ 7.50 per hour and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £210.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2,250.(12 weeks pay @ £187.50 per week)[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3,375.[4]The total sum of £5,835 payable to the claimant by the respondent within 14 days of the date of this judgement is £5,835.
