JUDGMENT
[1]Under section 164 Employment Rights Act 1996 the claimant’s late submission of her claim for a redundancy payment is allowed.[2]Under section 163 Employment Rights Act 1996 Tit is determined that that claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £4,819.40 gross. (3 x 12 hrs shifts = weekly wage of £327.96 x 15 years service = £4,919.40 minus £100 already received).[3]The respondent shall have 14 days from the date of this Judgment to apply for a reconsideration of this decision.
