JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s application to amend her claim to include a claim for her full four week notice period was successful.[2]The claimant's claim for unlawful deduction from wages pursuant to section 13 Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded and succeeds. I find that the respondent unlawfully shortened the claimant's notice period of 4 weeks, to which she was entitled under her contract of employment as a bar manager, to one week. I also find the claimant was entitled to full pay under her contract of employment during her absence for COVID-19.[3]I therefore order the respondent to pay the claimant the sum of £2,191 within 14 days of the date this Judgment is sent to the parties.
