Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £5,562.42 subject to statutory deductions.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £244.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,842.20 subject to statutory deductions.[4]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars and shall pay to the claimant four weeks’ gross pay of £1,050.[5]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with itemised pay statements No separate award is made.[6]In consequence of the above the respondent shall pay to the claimant £8698.62 subject to deductions as specified above.
