JUDGMENT
The respondent having stated that it does not resist the claims and having accepted that the claimant is entitled to the amounts claimed, Judgment is issued as follows:[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent.[2]The respondent has failed to pay to the claimant the statutory redundancy payment to which she was entitled having been dismissed by reason of redundancy, of £4,400 (calculated based upon 12 weeks pay at £370 per week) and it is ordered to pay the claimant that amount.[3]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £1,000 (for wages not paid for October 2022) and the gross sum of £875 (for wages not paid for November 2022).[4]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant (equivalent to eight weeks pay) in the gross sum of £2,960.[5]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,480.
