[1]This matter is postponed to a date to be arranged in the future.[2]Neither party attended the hearing and apparently neither party knew of the fresh date sent to the parties by a letter dated 6 September 2018.[3]The Employment Judge asked his clerk to make enquiries and apparently the appropriate address for the respondent is Ingenuity House, Elmdon Business Park, Bickenhill Lane, Birmingham, West Midlands, B37 7HQ.[4]All correspondence must be sent there in the future. Mr McElhinney, together with the respondent, must now send to the Tribunal dates to avoid between now and 31 May 2019.[5]The matter will be postponed to a single day’s hearing before an Employment Judge sitting alone.
