The claimant been employed by the respondent from the 29 July 2021 to 31 May 2023, the effective date of service when he received one month’s pay which left one month outstanding. The claimant was paid £30,000 per annum gross, £23,400 per annum net, and his 1 of 4 monthly pay was £1950 per annum net, which he is owned as a matter of contract.
