The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant lodged a claim form dated 22 December 2022 claiming that unauthorised deductions had been made from his pay and claiming “bullying”. He was directed to provide detail of the matters he complained of by Employment Judge Buzzard in a letter dated 9 February 2023. He did not respond to that letter.[2]By a letter dated 14 April 2023 Employment Judge Holmes gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• it has not been actively pursued. 2. The claimant has failed to make representations in writing as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing which had been fixed for 22 May 2023 at 2.15 in Carlisle will not take place.
