The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed on withdrawal.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £25.00 following a preliminary hearing held on 22 June 2020. The Order was sent to the claimant on 8 July 2020. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of race discrimination is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013. _____________________________ Employment Judge Ainscough Date: 7 August 2020 Case Number: 2410027/2019[1]The respondent made a series of unauthorised deductions from wages in the period 3 May 2019 until 16 March 2020.[2]There was no unauthorised deduction from wages after 16 March 2020.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £23,053.11 in respect of the total amount unlawfully deducted. The respondent will make any deductions for tax and national insurance contributions it is required to make from this amount before making payment to the claimant of the net balance.
