JUDGMENT
The claimant’s claim of breach of contract relating to an alleged failure by the respondent to give him notice of termination of his employment was withdrawn by the claimant. Pursuant to Rule 52 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 this claim was not dismissed the Tribunal being satisfied that there was a legitimate reason for not doing so and that it would be in the interests of justice not to dismiss the claim. All the claimant’s other claims are dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.
