[1]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,575.00.[2]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages for the final two weeks of his employment and is ordered to pay him the sum of £256.00 subject to such deductions as the respondent is required to make for tax and national insurance.[3]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s accrued holiday pay and is ordered to pay him the sum of £737.33 subject to such deductions as the respondent is required to make for tax and national insurance. 14 November 2019
