REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 20 February 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Orders of Employment Judge Miller-Varley as follows:The Claimant has failed to provide further information, as directed by 25 October 2023.The Claimant has failed to provide a Schedule of Loss, as directed, by 13 December 2023. The Claimant has also now failed to disclose a list of documents or copies of any documents, as directed, by 10 January 2024. The claim has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 21st June 2024 and 25,26,27 November and 2, 3 December 2024 will not take place.
