The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1028.63.[4]The claim of automatic unfair dismissal by reason of whistleblowing (s.103A Employment Rights Act 1996) is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £7334.34. The prescribed period is 30th June 2020 to 28th August 2020 with a further prescribed period of 2nd November 2020 to14th December 2020.[5]The claim of detriment by reason of whistleblowing is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £4000.00.[6]The claim of disability discrimination due to a failure to make reasonable adjustments is not well founded and dismissed.[7]The total Judgment sum is £14,443.27
