[1]The claimant’s employment with the respondent ceased temporarily on 31 December 2019. Such employment did not recommence.[2]The claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction of wages is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim for payment in lieu of holidays accrued but not taken at the date of termination succeeds.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £577.98 representing 16 days holiday entitlement.[5]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract (notice pay) succeeds.[6]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £180.62[7]The total award made is £758.60[8]The recoupment provisions do not apply to this award.
