Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The time for presenting a response having expired, and no valid response having been presented by the respondent within the prescribed time limit, It is the judgment of the Tribunal that:[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions in the total sum of £2486.88 from the claimant's wages, in respect of his wages due in the period 27 March to 12 June 2020, and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £2447.94. The respondent is to pay the appropriate deductions for tax and national insurance to HMRC.[2]The hearing listed for 15 June 2022 is cancelled.
