JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims of pregnancy and maternity discrimination contrary to section 18 Equality Act 2010 as set out in the Case Management Orders (the Orders) of 22 March 2024 at paragraph 7 i to 7 iv are dismissed because they were presented out of time and it is not just and equitable to extend time.[2]The claimant’s remaining claims in respect of pregnancy and maternity discrimination as set out at paragraph 7 v to ix of the Orders will proceed to the full hearing listed between 21 and 25 October 2024.
