JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant failed to attend the hearing without explanation. Attempts to contact the claimant by phone and email failed. The hearing was delayed to allow the claimant time to respond to messages left. No response was received. The claimant’s claim is dismissed pursuant to rule 47 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The respondent, solely on the basis that the claimant’s claim is dimissed, consented to the dismissal of the counterclaim presented against the claimant. Accordingly, on that basis the respondent’s counterclaim is dismissed.
