The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, in accordance with Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £3,457.80 (number of delivered parcels between 22/8/22-15/09/2022 = 2,166 x £0.90 = £1,949.40 PLUS number of collections between 27/07/22-15/09/2022 = 1,676 x 0.90 = £1,508.40. £1,949.40 + £1,508.40 = £3,457.80).
