JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of disability discrimination is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded and succeeds.[3]The issue of remedy is stayed for 21 days until 12 November 2024 pending payment by the respondent of a sum agreed between the parties.[4]At the expiry of 21 days, the parties must write to the Tribunal to confirm either that the payment has been made and the file can be closed or to ask that the stay be lifted and the matter be listed for a remedy hearing.
