JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant:a. Holiday pay in the gross sum of £307.68; andb. Unpaid wages in the gross sum of £1,833.77.[2]The respondent dismissed the claimant in breach of contract and is ordered to pay to the claimant damages in the net sum of £480.76.[3]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with written particulars of employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant 2 weeks’ pay in the net sum of £769.22 pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.[4]The respondent’s counter claim for breach of contract is dismissed.[5]The claimant’s application for a preparation time order is refused.
