[1]The claimant’s claim that an unlawful deduction was made from his wages is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The claimant’s claims that he was subjected to detriments for making one or more public interest disclosures was not presented within the applicable time limit. It was reasonably practicable to do so. The claims are therefore dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claims of Direct Race Discrimination were not presented within the applicable time limit. It is not just and equitable to extend the time limit. The claims are therefore dismissed.
