JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim that there was an unauthorised deduction from wages is well founded.[2]The Respondent made an unlawful deduction in respect of 8 days’ wages (total 56 hours) and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £560 (less deductions for tax and NICs).[3]The Respondent made an unlawful deduction in respect of pay in lieu of 13 days’ accrued but untaken holiday (total 91 hours) due on termination and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £910 (less deductions for tax and NICs).
