The claimant has failed to attend or be represented at the hearing. The respondent did not submit a response and was not entitled to defend the claim pursuant to Regulation 21 ET(C&RP) Regs 2013. Enquiries were made as to the claimant’s absence and no contact could be made. No request to postpone or explanation for the claimant’s non-attendance had been received by the Tribunal. Accordingly, the Employment Judge dismissed the claim pursuant to Regulation 47 ET(C&RP) Regs 2013. The claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction from wages, unpaid accrued holiday and for failure to provide a written statement of employment particulars & itemised pay statements are dismissed.
