JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent dismissed the claimant in breach of contract and is ordered to pay the claimant compensation for the remainder of his notice entitlement in the net sum of £9,726.90.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2,399.99 for unpaid accrued holiday entitlement due at the termination of his employment.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £10,000.00 for injury to feelings in respect of the detriment to which the claimant was subjected for making protected disclosures.
