EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2409580/2023
Ms G KnoxClaimantCommunity Integrated CareRespondent
Employment Judge EeleyIn person for claimantMs L Halsall (instructed by counsel) for respondentDate 7 February 2025

JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaints of disability discrimination, in the form of failures to make reasonable adjustments, were not presented within the applicable time limit. It is not just and equitable to extend the time limit. The complaints are therefore dismissed.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 26th January 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 24th June 2024.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 26th/27th/28th February 2025 will not take place. _____________________________ Approved by:
