The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £483.00 (6 days x £80.50 for shift adjustment = £483.00) for non-payment of the shift adjustment on 19/11/2022, 26/04/2022, 25/04/2022, 06/04/2022, 05/04/2022 and 01/04/2022.
