JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for constructive unfair dismissal succeeds but the claims for unlawful deduction of wages and breach of contract fail and are dismissed.[2]The remedy hearing will take place at 10.00am on 19 April 2021 for half a day.[3]The only order for that hearing is that the claimant shall serve upon the respondent an updated Schedule of Loss together with all supporting documents by no later than 9 April 2021.[1]The respondent shall pay to the claimant forthwith the sum of £5628.15 made up as follows:(1) A basic award of £973.44.(2) A compensatory award of £4154.71.(3) An award for loss of statutory rights of £500. The recoupment provisions do not apply.
