Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £984. (61.50 hours worked at a pay rate of £16 an hour from the period 31 July 2023 to 6 August 2023).[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s accrued but untaken annual leave entitlement of 3 days on termination of employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £384.[3]The claimant will be responsible for paying any tax liabilities arising out of the gross award if they receive the gross figure and tax is not deducted from source.
