JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction from wages and entitlement to holiday pay and notice pay was submitted out of time. However, the Tribunal determined that it was not reasonably practicable for the claimant to submit his claim before the expiration of the time limit and he submitted his claim within a reasonable period of time thereafter.[2]The claimant acknowldeged that he was not an employee and was not therefore eligible for a compensation payment from the respondent out of the National Insurance Fund. The claimant withdrew his claim of unpaid wages, holiday pay and notice pay and his claim was thereby dismissed. Judge Cowx 27 January 2023
