JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unpaid accrued holidays brought under the Working Time Regulations is well-founded, and by agreement between the parties the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £332.28 less lawful deductions of tax and national insurance.[2]The claimant was not unfairly dismissed and his claim for unfair dismissal is not well-founded and is dismissed.[3]The respondent was contractually entitled to summarily dismiss the claimant, who had committed gross misconduct, and his claim for wrongful dismissal is dismissed. 21 June 2024
