JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The claimant’s claim of disability discrimination was presented out of time contrary to section 123(1)(a) Equality Act 2010.(2) It was not just and equitable to extend time in accordance with section 123(1)(b) Equality Act 2010.(3) As the proceedings have been brought contrary to the relevant provisions of section 123 Equality Act 2010 and disability discrimination is the only complaint brought by the claimant, her claim must be dismissed.(4) The final hearing listed for 14, 15 &16 February 2024 in Liverpool Employment Tribunal is vacated and will not now take place.
