JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £337.50 in respect of unpaid wages for 2 3 4 5 and 9 August 2021.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of his notice period and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,350.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement in respect of 16.5 days and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,100.25.[4]The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal.
