JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was an agency worker within the meaning of regulation 3 of the Agency Worker Regulations 2010.[2]The second respondent is a temporary work agency within the meaning of regulation 4 of the Agency Worker Regulations 2010 and was the claimant’s employer.[3]The first respondent was not the claimant’s employer and is dismissed from these proceedings.[4]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages is successful. The second respondent is ordered to pay the claimant gross pay of £160.[5]The claim for a protective award in accordance with section 189 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is unsuccessful and is dismissed.[6]The claim for unfair dismissal in accordance with section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is unsuccessful and is dismissed.[7]The claim for a redundancy payment in accordance with section 163 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is unsuccessful and is dismissed.[8]The claimant for compensation related to entitlement to leave on termination of employment in accordance with regulation 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is unsuccessful and is dismissed.[9]The claim for breach of contract is unsuccessful and is dismissed.
