JUDGMENT

[1]the claimant was unfairly dismissed and his complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded. In light of the respondent’s insolvency, the issue of a compensatory award is adjourned generally.[2]the respondent dismissed the claimant as redundant and is ordered to pay to the claimant a statutory redundancy payment of £3,858.00.[3]The respondent dismissed the claimant in breach of contract and is ordered to pay to the claimant damages in the net sum of £5,892.90. 4. the respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £4,321.46. 5. the respondent failed to pay the claimant for his accrued unused holiday entitlement at the termination of his employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £4,125.03 for unpaid holiday entitlement.[6]The respondent’s contract claim under case number 2413196/2023 is dismissed.
