Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The correct title of the respondent is Davida (U.K.) Ltd (in creditors voluntary liquidation) and the title of the proceedings is ordered to be amended accordingly.[2]Mr Peter Dillon was unfairly dismissed by the respondent by reason of redundancy. The respondent is ordered to pay him a compensatory award in the total sum of £1,144.72 (being 2 weeks net wages @ £303.36 net per week and loss of statutory rights @ £538.00).[3]The Recoupment Regulations do not apply to this award.
