The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]Following the death of the late Mrs D Groom in 2021, the proceedings were stayed between February 2022 and 30 September 2022 to allow the personal representatives to decide whether to continue with the claim.[2]Letters of Administration were issued on 8 November 2022.[3]By a letter dated 29 November 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant’s personal representatives an opportunity to confirm if the claim was to be pursued. They were warned that it might be struck out if there was no reply.[4]The claimant’s personal representatives have taken no action in reply to that letter. They have not requested a hearing.[5]The claim has not been actively pursued and is therefore struck out.[6]The hearing fixed for 27 – 29 September 2023 will not take place.
