[1]The claimant suffered an unlawful deduction of wages and the claimant’s claim brought under S.13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 as amended is wellfounded.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant unpaid wages in the sum of £705.81.[3]The claimant was not provided with a statement of terms and conditions of employment in accordance with section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 as amended, and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation of 2-weeks gross pay in the sum of £856.90.REASONS
