JUDGMENT
[1]The claimants’ application to strike out the response of the 1st respondents or to make it the subject of a deposit order is refused.[2]However, having been afforded ample opportunity to do so, the 1st respondents may not introduce further documentary evidence as to an alleged transfer of an undertaking affecting the claimants or as to the wage payment arrangements made for the claimants after 1 April 2019 without leave of the Tribunal.[3]The claimants’ application to join Mr MY Chudary to the proceedings is granted. Case Nos: 2408907/2021-2408919/2021[4]The 1st respondents’ application to join Riverbank Property Holdings Ltd (a company registered in Guernsey) to the proceedings is granted.[5]The claims are listed for a final hearing on 13-16 November 2023 subject to case management orders contained in a separate document.
