JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1,896.75 gross.[2]The above sum is made up of £1,069.20 gross for 12 days accrued holidays in the period 01/01/2021 to 05/06/2021 which remained unpaid on the termination of the claimant’s employment.[3]The balance of the sum set out in paragraph 1 above (£827.55 gross) is in respect of wages paid below the relevant National Living Wage in the period 01/04/20 to 31/03/21 and 01/04/21 to 05/06/21.
