Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 By consent the claimant agrees to withdraw her claim and the respondent the counterclaim (case numbers above) on the basis the respondent agrees to pay the claimant by 1 August 2024 the sum of £760.62. The payment by agreement will be made into the claimant’s limited company account. If the Tribunal does not hear from the claimant or respondent by 8 August 2024 the claim and counterclaim shall stand dismissed without further enquiry or order. By consent nothing in this judgment shall prevent the claimant referring to the Pensions Ombudsman or the NHS independent pensions dispute resolution procedure matters relating to her pension contributions and tax and national insurance thereon.
