JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claims of unauthorised deductions from wages (unpaid salary), unauthorised deductions from wages (holiday pay) breach of contract (notice pay), breach of contract (expenses) and for a redundancy payment.[2]The claim was not presented within the time limits set out in sections 23 Employment Rights Act 1996 (deductions), Article 7 Employment Tribunal Extension of Jurisdiction (England & Wales) Order 1994 (notice pay and expenses) and section 164 Employment Rights Act 1996 (redundancy payment. The relevant tests for the extension of time limits have not been met.[3]The claim is dismissed. Case No:2408741/2023
