JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim that an unlawful deduction was made from her wages in January, February and early March 2020 is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the amount of £1,832.05 for this claim. This represents £157.21 shortfall in pay for January, £1465.48 for all of February and £209.36 for the first three days of March 2020.[2]The claimant’s claim for accrued and unpaid holiday pay outstanding at the date of termination of employment is well founded and succeeds.
