JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay on termination of his employment was not resisted and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation in the agreed amount of £439.25 within 28 days of the date this judgment was sent to the parties.[2]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal was not resisted and succeeds. The claimant is found to have fully caused his own dismissal by his contributory conduct. Accordingly, the claimant is awarded no financial compensation for this this claim.[3]The claimant’s claim that he was subjected to unlawful deductions from his wages was dismissed as having been presented to the Tribunal outside the time limit for presentation of such a claims in circumstances where it would have been reasonably practicable to present the claim in time.
