[1]The claimant’s claims of direct discrimination on grounds of race contrary to Section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 and claims of victimisation contrary to Section 27 of the Equality Act 2010 were presented out of time on the 11th of August 2023. They were also not presented within such other period as the Tribunal thought was just and equitable. The Tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claims and they are struck out on this basis.
