JUDGMENT
[1]Claim number 2408670/2020 is struck out on the basis that:(a) The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claim of unfair dismissal. The claim of unfair dismissal was presented outside the statutory limitation period and it was reasonably practicable for the claimant to present her claim within the time limit. The Tribunal does not exercise its discretion to allow the claim to proceed to a final hearing.(b) The claim of discrimination is struck out pursuant to rule 37(1)(a) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 as having no reasonable prospects of success.[2]Claim number 2417884/2020 is struck out on that basis that:(a) The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claim of unfair dismissal. The claim of unfair dismissal was presented outside the statutory limitation period and it was reasonably practicable for the claimant to present her claim within the time limit.
