JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the wages of the claimant in the total sum of £311.60 gross (comprising 11 hours wages at £10 per hour, £110, and mileage allowance at 0.45 pence per mile for 448 miles, £201.60) and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £311.60 gross.[2]Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998, the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation for accrued paid annual leave untaken at the date of termination of her employment in the total sum of £594.60 gross.
