EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2408598/2020
Mr E RileyClaimantXyfil LtdRespondent
Employment Judge SlaterDate 14 December 2022

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 25 November 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Orders 4.1,4.2 and 6.1 of the Tribunal issued by Employment Judge Slater on 18 February 2022, amending orders made on 3 August 2021. In addition the claimant had not supplied a schedule of loss to the respondent. it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 28 February, 1 and 2 March 2023 will not take place.
