JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent did not breach its contract with the claimant with regard to notice. As there was no breach of contract, the claimant’s claim for breach of contract is dismissed.[2]The respondent did not make unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages. The claim for unauthorised deduction from wages is dismissed.[3]The claimant has acted unreasonably in the way that the proceedings have been conducted, at least since the hearing on 13 April 2023, and a preparation time order is made in respect of the 7.5 hours spent by the respondent’s director in preparatory work since that hearing and prior to this one (at the rate of £43 per hour). The claimant is ordered to pay the respondent the sum of £322.50. Employment Judge Phil Allen 30 June 2023
