[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £300.00 in respect of his complaint of harassment for having red hair amounting to race discrimination, following a preliminary hearing held on 23 June 2022. The Deposit Order was sent to the claimant on 29 June 2022.[2]The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of harassment for having red hair amounting to race discrimination is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim(s) are unaffected by this judgment and will proceed to final hearing.
